Delightful and tastefully modernised 1920's cottage situated in the heart of the seaside village of Gurnard on the Isle of Wight. Five minutes walk to the beach, village shops and pubs, on all local bus routes and conveniently located for Cowes (1.5 miles) and Newport (5 miles).
Only a short drive from the main ferry terminals in East Cowes, Fishbourne and Yarmouth, Gurnard is the ideal setting from which to explore the Island or to simply relax and unwind in Apple Tree Cottage's large and secluded garden.
Fully equipped with all amenities including washing machine and colour TV, Apple Tree Cottage sleeps up to four people with a double bed room and double sofa bed in the spacious lounge area. Boasting views of the Solent from its large elevated sun deck, complete with patio doors running the full width of the living area, the accommodation is light and airy with a modern feel.
Accommodation comprises: Spacious entrance lobby, walkthrough kitchen diner, leading to large lounge area with sofa bed, double bedroom and fitted bathroom.
Linen provided, but please bring your own towels.
Ample off road parking for two cars.
